While the Fact Tracker is much denser with information than the book and could be more challenging for young readers, I think it’s worth recommending as an introduction to Lincoln/the Civil War for aspiring young historians. This book is an excellent addition to the Magic Tree House series, as Jack and Annie meet President Lincoln and his two rambunctious sons.
